Delivery Fee

Transportation to your address costs 180 Lekë in Tirana and 250 Lekë outside Tirana. For purchases over 2.000 Lekë, shipping is free. Transportation to your address is provided within 2-3 working days from the moment your order is confirmed. 

In the districts, delivery of orders takes place from Monday to Saturday.

By ordering and making purchases electronically through the website www.jumbo.al, you accept without any reservation all the General Conditions. These General Terms and Conditions apply to all sales through the Jumbo Albania website.

In case of a change in the General Terms and Conditions, the relevant changes will be published on this website. In case of a change, they will not have a retroactive effect. For special products or offers that have additional conditions, they will be published on the occasion of their delivery on www.jumbo.al

Jumbo Albania may at any time decide to suspend, modify, or terminate the provision of products electronically due to maintenance work, to update or improve the site, or for any other reason.

Violation of these conditions and violation of deadlines entitles Jumbo Albania to discontinue an electronic purchase, as well as to remove access to this site for these reasons or any other.

Jumbo Albania is not responsible for the malfunction of the website, which may delay or prevent the execution of orders electronically, due to events beyond the reasonable control of Jumbo Albania or due to maintenance work performed on the website.

By visiting the website www.jumbo.al, you as a customer will be informed about the main features of the products. Any information about product descriptions, their features, and prices will be displayed with detailed specifications on the website. However, Customers have the right to be acquainted with the manner of use or any other information that accompanies products delivered or placed on the product or on its packaging, such as instructions for use and their composition.

The internet offers a different shopping experience from shopping in the store. Therefore, we would like to inform you that the photos that appear on the website in order to illustrate the products may not always show the appearance or real characteristics of the products such as colors, sizes, or shapes, which may not always match the description (in the text) of the relevant product.

Jumbo Albania is not responsible in case of any inaccuracies or discrepancies in the illustration of the product.

Jumbo Albania does not guarantee the availability of any product published on the website. Product availability corresponds to stock availability. In case of a lack of product availability, Jumbo Albania undertakes to inform the Customer as soon as possible in the contacts he has given during the online purchase.

The prices set on the Jumbo Albania website are net VAT prices. Prices set for products do not include shipping costs and are the responsibility of the Customer who chooses to deliver the products to the address specified by him.

In case of a typo in the price of one or more products, Jumbo Albania will notify the Customer of the error. The client is free to choose whether to continue the transaction until the end or to terminate it.


Delivery of Products

In case of absence or delay, you will be notified by Jumbo Albania of the postponement of the delivery deadline. The client is free to choose whether he wants to accept or cancel the order. Delivery of products can be performed only in the territory of the Republic of Albania.

In case Jumbo Albania or its carrier is unable to deliver the products due to the fault of the Client, such as non-compliance with the schedule for delivery of products, or non-communication of special access conditions, the Client loses the right to reimbursement of costs of the delivery. The cost of returning the product will also be deducted from the product price reimbursement. If the Customer wants another shipment, he is obliged to pay the shipping costs in advance again.


Product Return

⦿ Replacement of products is possible within 1 (one) week from the date of purchase.

⦿ Products can only be exchanged with the purchase invoice and ID card.

⦿ It is not possible to replace damaged and used products.

⦿ Products cannot be replaced if the packaging is damaged.

⦿ Products on offer cannot be exchanged.

⦿ Seasonal products do not change after the end of the season (even if less than a week has passed since the purchase).

⦿ It is not possible to return the money but to exchange products with other products.

⦿ In the case of defective products, they are checked by our service and you will be answered within 48 hours for the reason of the defect.

⦿ For hygienic reasons, underwear can’t be changed.
